What is SMARTdoc™

SMARTdoc™ is a complete, painless and affordable documanagement solution, scalable from a single user desktop utility, up to an enterprise wide framework, all based upon one simple user experience.

SMARTdoc™ is a very intuitive and easy-to-use document management solution, a tool developed with user friendliness in mind. Many other systems require different sequential operations to successfully archive documents. In SMARTdoc™ a simple drag-and-drop operation will do the trick.

The search module allows the user to quickly access documents, no matter which version. A search based on one or multiple keywords, a part of a filename, a content fragment or the archive date are some of the possibilities.

SMARTdoc™ Pro

This version is intented for single use. The software and the archive run on the same computer. The SMARTdoc Pro Client version is used to connect with a SMARTdoc™ Server.

The professional version is intented for small and medium businesses that want to run the software in a network environment. A SMARTdoc Pro Client version is used to connect with the server.

SMARTsplit

SMARTsplit is an add-on to SMARTdoc™ which allows the user to automatically split and/or rename scanned files. SMARTsplit can be configured using XML-based templates, which determine when a file (PDF only) has to be split and/or renamed.
